      Lots of flexibility and work life balance, great CEO

      Cons

      Middle management is obsessed with keeping their jobs (proving their value) so they pressure employees to also prove their value via performance metrics. This is fine, but when the job is less tied to an ROI then it becomes tricky. It's a very political environment.
