      Pros

      Work-life balance, health insurance, a lot of pro-remote roles.

      Cons

      bureaucratic, political, promotions can take years, the pay is below average. If you don't suck up to leadership you won't get a seat at the table, adequately compensated, or promoted. This company is for lifers that want to coast and benefit from the work of their direct reports. They don't allow anyone to challenge their status quo. It's not a good culture for ambitious people who want to be challenged and grow.

      Pros

      I have recently joined Autodesk India and i must say that India Top Management is best in class. The most energetic and go getters in Indian leadership team, which will only take newer heights.

      Cons

      I think still few of old employees find it very hard to sync up with the new transformation company is going through due to their fixed and laggard thought process.

      Great culture, great work environment and products that make an impact on the world. The leadership tries hard to steer the company to be cutting edge and innovative:

      Cons

      Many times it feels leaders within the organization are not held responsible for their decisions. For example a Director or a VP makes a decision or embarks on an initiative and even before the real effects of that decision is realized, that Director or VP is already celebrated and promoted or is asked to move onto something else. Currently the company seems to be in a bit of an identity crisis trying to be a cloud company without a clear idea of what makes a cloud company. Many times all the decisions to be too centered around San Francisco!
