If you're looking to grow within the company, be prepared to navigate a lot of internal politics. Some managers prefer a laid-back approach and show little interest in supporting career growth. When applying for internal roles, the HR team often fails to provide timely updates or feedback, and can come across as dismissive. There seems to be little encouragement for internal advancement, leaving you to explore external opportunities. It's frustrating, especially after investing time to deeply understand the business, only to find that progression isn't supported. I've personally applied for five internal roles, none of which were processed, and I never received any reasons or updates. Additionally, favoritism plays a noticeable role, with hard-working employees often being overlooked in favor of those who frequently complain but share the same nationality as the manager. The salary hike is just 3-5% max.
