Pros
In my eyes, Autodesk is one of those rare tech companies where the culture, people, and leadership all work. I genuinely enjoy coming into the office each day—there’s a sense of purpose in the work and a supportive, collaborative, and sharp team around me. The leadership, especially at the VP level, really knows where we're headed and communicates that vision clearly. The work-life balance feels fair and aligned with expectations, and the benefits are impressive.
Cons
Pace of Innovation: As with many large, established tech companies, change can move slowly, especially when adopting new technologies. However, this is understandable given the company’s size and scale.
