      Mass firings second year in a row

      Nice and professional team (I had it before mass layoff) Interesting tasks (bore mass lay off)

      Cons

      Mass layoffs second year in a row. The problem is that lay off was an abrupt and unexpected decision, before a planned conference and announcement on YoY growth. They did not look at how you worked or how long you worked: they just removed the whole team with no backup plan. In fact you never know what to expect from them and when the next lay off will happen (even if everything seems good)

      Pros

      I work for the ANZ region and I must say it is the company that provides best work life balance. I'm not sure about the local market working environment but for the region I'm covering, it's flexible
