Pros
The best part of working at Autodesk was definitely the people. The company seems to attract kind and open minded individuals who have a good sense of work/life balance.
Cons
The only slight con that I can think of was the hiring process, which was quite slow compared to other companies I've worked for. Don't be discouraged if you don't hear back for quite some time after applying, or if you don't receive a personal response when they move in another candidate direction.
