Pros

Very smart people, great product, great vision for the future

Cons

Some female managers including myself had some troubling issues that were ignored. There was a bullying culture that really hampered ideas and growth at times. Also, some really nice junior people turned into awful people because they saw the kind of behavior that got others ahead.
