1. The leadership is great and has a good vision for the company. 2. People are usually nice and very approachable. 3. Good work hours

Cons

1. Growth is very slow, even if you work hard, no one above you is leaving the company 2. Internal mobility is not encouraged as much as in other tech company 3. People are not very hardworking
