      A good business premise with a number of dedicated and skilled staff members on the books. Bonus opportunities and good employee benefits.

      Cons

      A lack of respect from one of the members of upper management has a negative impact on the overall feel of working for the business. Relatively low salary.

      Autorestore are owned by Belron who generally look after their staff and treat people with respect

      Cons

      Autorestore do not value its people lots of the people who built the company through hard work and inovation have been removed or left disagree voice your opinions and you put your job at risk they continue to squander a fantastic business if they are not carefull it will go the same way as their bodyshops. They opened up a whole new market now they are handing it to the comptition .
