Pros

Amazing team, great culture, zero politics, talented, driven and passionate individuals who are always willing to help. Scope for growth and learning. Flexible work hours and vacation policy. Fun filled office environment. Competitive atmosphere in the various office sports (Ping Pong, Foosball, Darts to name a few). Free make-for-yourself lunch!

Cons

Compensation is on the lower side. Benefits have increased but can be better. Single men's urinal for entire floor is not pleasant.

Pros

Ai offers great perks and benefits, but it doesn't stop there - it's a culture where playing on the ping pong table or working from home is actually encouraged and modeled by the CEO. Enjoy the Journey is a company value that everyone takes seriously. Oh, and it's building amazing technology that just might change the world.

Cons

The company culture is so anti-corporate that things can occasionally be disorganized, especially if you're not a self-starter. But personally I'd rather live in that reality than a bureaucracy-laden alternative.

I'll take "anti-corporate" as a con :-) I worked in big companies for 15 years and deliberately built the Ai culture to be anti-corporate. IMO, big companies have policies and procedures that don't work at smaller companies. If you trust your people, you can give them more freedom and latitude to do their job.
