Pros
It good opportunity to get into the technology sector of the Financial Industry.
Cons
Such a lack of culture and leadership. I didn't see many employees taken care of. When they built their new office building they bought chairs and used cubicle walls from the 1970's (seriously they were hideous) Just an overall indication of how projects and people were taken care of.
