Paul Loftus is very open and inclusive to speak with anyone in the company and utilizes feedback from all parties to steer the company. Paul Loftus works to make his employees feel included, valued, and empowered. New Ownership has come into the company first striving to understand how the company works and what makes us who we are. Employees have experienced a significantly higher ability to voice their opinions and provide excellent ideas to improve and grow the business. Change in ownership is a transition in many ways. Automated Systems is in a transitionary phase currently. New Ownership is working to improve the culture and execution of the company as we move forward. With this, old habits are being broken and new habits formed. Change can be difficult and stressful for employees.
