Pros
It looks good on the resume. They are big in high frequency trading. The building is great. Mount Pleasant is a great place to live. It is probably the nicest place that I have ever lived.
Cons
All of the project management is on a ticketing system which is insane. The managers play these games, where they put as much work as possible on every ticket. The assumptions of the tickets are not checked. They keep these statistics of how many tickets are late. The programmers in turn, try to do as little work as possible on each ticket. It is a horrible way to work.
