Pros

crazy ambition in places in the company that is almost worthy of entire startups dedicated to the idea great culture and office fun lots of perks and no huge stay late pressure management team is now very good but scary they keep making new business dogs in the office. WOOF!

Cons

some engineer that work here can be the pain in the donkey butt, but they mean well. so many opportunities we are running thin on project that need a lot more staff

Pros

Open & friendly environment. Very down to earth people, most with a good sense of humor who are high on capability and low on ego. A lot of understanding for demands of personal life & family. People here work hard and push towards deadlines but there's no competitive culture of staying late at the office for the sake of staying late like so many tech startups. Absolutely no "Bro" culture. Open vacation policy. Get to work on an exciting product that is blazing trails and leading the pack. A lot of care & compassion for customers. The company believes in doing right by customers. There's an environment for open & ongoing conversations about culture, diversity & gender equality. A lot of women here for a tech company and they command and are given respect. Lots of perks like free lunch twice a week, free dinner every week night for those who need it, chair massage, yoga, free parking, etc. Very generous health benefits. Lots of company wide social events and fun. The CEO tries to be very transparent and open about finances and always updates the company on funding news. Well behaved dogs in the office.

Cons

Need more women in executive positions / leadership. Focus & priorities have shifted several times over the last year, causing a lot of anxiety & some frustration. This seems to have settled down now and it feels like everyone is aligned and clear on larger goals.

Pros

On-boarding process is nice, nice hangout events.

Cons

- You constantly get verbally harassed at work, internal communication is a joke. - Information is not shared across departments, especially about company financial health status. - Managers are ill, incompetent and often pick weaker candidates for a job. - Too many vampires sitting around sucking people ideas and act high in needless meetings. - Zero, if not negative chance for self-development.
