Decent pay, and nothing else I found intresting

Cons

No opportunities to learn and grow, ESOP is useless, and you don't know when they will fire you. Largely hire and fire strategy!

Nothing good to talk about after the new management change

Cons

The new managemnt does not know any difference between work objectives of a Product vs Service based company. Even they are a product based they chase the numbers and getting on nerves of the engineers to fulfill. Micro management is spread across the support and makes it worse for the engineer to work.
