The company is just an eyewash of being a product based company. Infact it is worst than a service based company. The word quality is their talks only but not seen in the actual product. The management doesn't understand the fact that "Quality doesn't come cheap" , You need time for it. They don't give ample time to team to write a good code , even though team suggests. This is really ridiculous. They just want features and no one bothers about defects. At the time of writing this feedback there are more than100 bugs open. They just fool their customers that they don't release the product if there are major or critical bugs open. On average during the release time every developer / qa works around 15 hours. It is so chaotic and they say we do meticulous planning and product has roadmap define. All is crap.

1. Office politics. 2. Management and HR are biased 3. Doesn't consume innovative people/approach. In fact word "innovation" is still alien here. 4. "Apple-polishers" are preferred over hard workers. 5. HR is just for the sake to have these people. 6. No work-life balance. Management feel proud to make people work in extended hours. If one leaves office on-time, everybody stares him as doing an offence. 7. IT infrastructure is not competitive. Free/open source tools preferred over robustness/usability/fulfilling overall purpose. 8. Working environment is not hygienic. 9. Management is not employee focused/employee first. 10. You can be sacked out if you complain of any of above mentioned point.
