Only pros is you get to roam many cities for client work. You get to know managers of the bpo companies. Nthg else

Cons

Low salary, accounts dept of the company harasses the employee, management is not organised, not good for developers.

1. Company growing very well 2. Has strong and good quality customer base 3. Good work culture 4. Strong focus on quality of communication 5. Management hires Industry experts to train employees in Emotional Quotient, Agile and Technical Skills 6. Management is transparent. Concerns are addressed immediately 7. Freedom of speech and expression 8. Each and every department manger is strong and has a positive outlook. They are also very good and great human beings

Cons

A select few experienced employees show attitude.
