Company with full of Politics

Pros

good and clean office. First look it is attractive.

Cons

Senior employee will play political game with you. They make newly joined employees life hell. Senior manager only love oiling. If you have enough capacity of oiling then only you can stay here. Here good work is not valued. Behave employee as slave. Every time you have a fear when they will sack you or cut you salary.

Not a good place to work at all

Pros

Employees are good to work with but not the higher management.

Cons

They treat their employees really bad and dont pay then well and try to save money by not paying the employees and filling their own pockets.
