Hr very bad Manager was so arrogant

1. Layoff common. 5 mins sudden call with 6 hours of access remaining. That's all job gone. 2. Their layoff package is too less than actual package. Worst calculation. 3. Heavy pressurised work and too long hours. 4. No planning or scope for new job post if it is lesser than 1 year tenure, they say direction is getting changed. 5. If you are already in stable job in India, don't join here to lose your stable job.
