Good Lower level People to work with. Nice Office

Cons

1. No Job Security. 2. Random Layoffs without considering performance,dedication. 3. Indian leadership has no say in company affairs just put forward mails sent from San Jose 4. Asks employees to leave great reviews 5. Profit Oriented company with no regard to the employees who actually generates profit.

1. Founders of the company have a very clear vision for the Companies growth and are working hard to achieve the growth, 2. Good culture 3. Good Salary compared to other companies at the location I am posted 4. Good employee benefits 5. Flexi Culture 6. Good growing opportunities

Cons

1. the only Con I can think of is that the company gives more importance to the USA employees than to Indian employees
