Pros

Hourly people are decent,works relatively easy, straight shifts, so so Benifits Unionized. That's where it ends.

Cons

Huge! poisoned work environment! They encourage the in-house fighting amongst hourly employees to keep division. They do not address or deal with harassment at all ! . Huge favoritism issue if you are liked great, if not watch out you will have a target on your back. This place could be a phenomenal place to work if they actually cared about their employees which after this many years of these ongoing issues shows they don't.

You get to join a “union” so they cannot just fire you for any reason.

Cons

Horrible management from the top down to supervisors! Always break “ Union “ contract and you will definitely work 72 hours a week at times!
