Pros
There is an ever shrinking number of excellent people still left over pending finding a place to land.
Cons
The company went from being one of the best places I've experienced to being one of the wort in my 25 years as a database professional. It's really remarkable how bad it has gotten after only 5 or 6 months of management and HR chaos. The best are voting with their feet. Here's a sample of what employees face: Spyware on their computers to track "Productivity" as if we were old time data input clerks. Maybe the CEO thought this was the only way around having gone thru so many managers and senior developers that no one knows what the priorities are, except people who've left. I've no idea why they did this, but it is not a good look for upper management and has hastened the exodus of talent. Monthly, yup monthly formal performance reviews.(called "check-ins" so it doesn't look formal) A new woke, DEI focused HR to "Correct past inequities" and obliterate the hiring process and culture accordingly. Read recent reviews to get the current situation, it changes daily in every respect except sucking.
