Autosoft Response
7moThank you for sharing your feedback. While I respect that everyone is entitled to their own experience, I do want to address the tone and some of the statements made here. Autosoft welcomes constructive criticism, but personal attacks, exaggerated characterizations, and disrespectful language are neither accurate nor productive.
Since late 2024, Autosoft has been undergoing a significant transformation. These changes have been intentional, data-driven, and designed to strengthen the company’s long-term stability. In fact, Autosoft is more financially secure today than it has been in many years, and every major decision, including adjustments to product direction, personnel, and operational structure, has been made with sustainability and future growth in mind.
I recognize that not everyone will agree with or fully understand the reasoning behind these changes. That’s true in any company navigating a major modernization effort. But disagreement must remain respectful. Positioning decisive leadership as “hostile” or referring to a CEO with inflammatory language does a disservice to the many dedicated team members who are working hard every day to move Autosoft forward.
We expect professionalism, accountability, and collaboration from all employees, and we will always stand by decisions made to protect that culture. Pushing the company toward excellence is not “insubordination.” However, misalignment, refusal to collaborate, or undermining team direction certainly is.
Autosoft is on a strong, stable path, and I ask current and potential team members to trust the process as we continue building a company that serves both our employees and our dealers better than ever before.
I wish you the best in your future endeavors.
