Great culture and smart coworkers. Autosoft is good about adapting to new technologies. It is a great place to learn in demand skills and raise your value.

Cons

Pay is middle of the road, bonuses small to nonexistent depending on years performance. Not a lot of opportunity for advancement.

Pros

Exceptional co-workers and executive management team. Everyone is treated with respect and value. They understand great ideas can come from anywhere. They encourage and provide work and family balance. Company is in a innovation and growth mode so it is an exciting environment to be in, when there is a win - the whole company shares in the accomplishment.

Cons

Salaries are not on par with larger companies in this space---yet, but the benefits are excellent and the work environment and "feeling like you matter" out weigh the small difference in salary.
