Couldn't possibly ask for a better work environment. Numerous perks and wellness programs usually reserved for larger tech companies.

-Lots of positive reinforcement and feedback from management and coworkers including a bonus website that allows you to give points to one another and spend those points on stuff or even days off. -Wellness program is incredible. Can get up to 1000 dollars just for taking care of yourself throughout the previous year. -Positive work environment. -Fun Cart Fridays have beer... just saying. -Weekly one-on-ones with your direct manager for most departments. -4 different committees designed for Wellness and Safety, National Holidays/Parties/Employee Appreciation and Community Involvement.

Cons

If you don't live near West Middlesex, it's a little bit of a drive, but worth it.
