Relatively comfortable working environment with coworkers being friendly as well.

* CEO is uneducated and doesn't know how to run a business. * Under pay is rampant in all departments * They fire the leadership team wholesale every two years or so to deflect from the owner's incompetence. * The company often pretends that it is a great place to work, but only if you are a service desk member. They put on a nice song and dance for the hourly employees while keeping everyone else under thumb. * I have never worked in a place that felt more like a cult. * The owner will not even terminate his own employees face to face, he has HR do it.
