      Pros

      Great Benefits, Nice atmosphere, Plenty of ways to relax, Gym access. Awesome Innovative people to work with.

      Cons

      Work life balance, multiple systems to work with that may not always talk to each other.

      Pros

      Fun environment and people who are very productive with minimal politics. Great perks, good salary, bonus structure, excellent benefits, 401k match, pension plan, employee discounts, covered parking, cafeteria, onsite fitness center, community service opportunities Interesting business - everyone can relate to automobiles in some way (performance, feel, look, value, image, financial, economy, fuel economy, etc.)

      Cons

      There was a time period where there was a fear of layoffs. That was a hard time but it seems like they are well over the hump from the time when the industry took a hit.

      Pros

      AutoTrader.com cares about it's employees. Insurance starts on the first day of employment. Paid time off for a new employee is good. A young and aggressive company. The new hires spend a total of four weeks in HQ training and getting to see the corporate office.

      Cons

      There is a lot of material that goes into learning the job. There is a feeling of being overwhelmed. Training in the off weeks needs to be consistent/structured throughout the company so new employees don't feel like they are out on an island. Goals are very aggressive.
