Pros

Great benefits, great hours, awesome management. Worked in photo department. Had every Wednesday off so magazines could be printed. Coworkers were wonderful and I learned a lot about cars!

Cons

Magazine deadlines could dictate what time I would get off work. Other than the occasional a late night, my experience was a great one.

Pros

* Community Service * Training * Brand Awareness * Excellent Co-Workers ATC has all the right ingredients to be a fantastic company (and it used to be) but it is overloaded with Managers/VP's/GM's and more managers!

Cons

* Comp Plan * No career track * Saturated market * Tons of red tape and corporate waste. Years ago this was a HOT company to work for, now its almost sad. There is absolutely zero chances for advancement. No structured career path, no growth and no hope. If you have worked at ATC for 7 years, attended every training (NADA/Jumpstart/Passion etc), earned every certificate and excelled at customer service and product knowledge you will have no better chance for advancement as a brand new hire that had a very good month. ATC is burdened with too many managers. VP's, RSD's, GM's Senior Managers all titles that have little or no contact with the customers and even less with the sales reps. There seems to be an effort to cut sales people by squeezing and cutting their comp and increasing their workload. A word to the wise; You will work harder for less.
