      Pros

      great benefits, supportive manager whom no longer works there either. If you are a male and a good politician, autotrader.com is the place for you.

      Cons

      glass ceiling for females. Good olde boys mentality. Lots of dating within the company. Has a shark type attitude towards the car dealers. One dealer told me that the only solution to a problem at or with autotrader is to sell the dealer something else.

      large company fast paced money available to those great at sales, lots of financial resources

      Cons

      Very southern male oriented, discriminatory toward women's careers, very fast paced and high demand for sales department employees and some others to the point of stress burnout.
