      Pros

      They provide great benefits including very minimal employee cost insurance and a no cost pension plan. You also have a lot of freedom with your schedule.

      Cons

      Commission has dropped dramatically and the company has been very slow to react to changing market conditions. Depending on the manager they can micro manage you to insanity.

      Pros

      training opportunities, personal development, relaxing and fun place to work. truly enjoy working with my co-workers. Made some good friends at the company over the years. Great benefits with pension.

      Cons

      company getting too big too fast, wasn't able to build up architecture to scale with that growth. adding more corporation standards to reduce some of the fun things. I guess its kind of expected as we get bigger.
