Pros

For the most part its an autonomous working environment Customer service focused

Cons

Too much growth at one time, the purchases of multiple businesses has weakened the foundation of what they once were. They are now known in the dealer community as a jack of all trades master of none. Dealers really focus on the brand Autotrader as the face of cox and the reputation is tarnished.

Pros

Benefits, company vehicle, work from home, decent pay in small market.

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, over priced and not delivering the value that dealers want. Continue to ram stats down dealers throats rather than finding the happy medium between what the dealer wants and what the consumer wants. Pay plan changes annually, sometimes semi-annually and usually for the worse. Environment of fear and retaliation.
