Pros

Casual work environment, blabbering sessions and free abusive sessions, delusional motivation, no fixed working hours, no overtime allowance, no incentives and absolutely no RESPECT.

Cons

If you're a mentally healthy person, they will make sure to mess it up for you. The Co-founder Zeinab Asghari is extremely abusive, demeaning and disrespectful towards her employees. People are forced to work on weekends which is not optional. DO NOT risk your secure job for these chaps.

you get good talented peer group to work and a fully remote job.

Cons

There is so much disparity in terms of salary within your peer group. Increment rates are very low, and there is always a chance of layoffs at any moment without even a single warning.
