      Pros

      Avail is a company that is making big strides in its industry. It was very fun to be a part of the mission of Avail and I believe they will continue to be a top player in the investment property management space. Avail is very open to to trying new things and open to ideas from all employees. They are willing to implement things quickly and are very data driven.

      Cons

      Small office space but looking to expand. Avail is still a startup and still has a startup mindset. Do not expect to work 40 hours a week.

      No career growth, and leadership leaves much to be desired

      Pros

      Health insurance was alright, and Payments team did not have to work bank holidays.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and communication, direct management took credit for ideas and expected team to come up with revenue ideas although that was not required of the department, layoffs happened after leadership bragged how much money was being made and how successful the acquisition was.
