      Used to be great - now I feel like a number

      Pros

      I used to love the work I did here. The teams are great and the company felt super supportive. I loved our old benefits and as the primary breadwinner, it felt good to be able to take care of my family

      Cons

      Availity laid off a group of people and then got rid of our PPO plan in favor of two HDHP plans that are horrible for people with chronic conditions. I feel horrible that this ended up putting my family in an awful spot and is causing us so much stress I am considering looking for another position. I honestly feel like Availity used to care about it's employees and now we are outsourcing work, cutting benefits and sending a very clear message that employees are expendable.
