      Supportive US team but toxic management in India

      Cons

      Wrong Managerial Hires in India team causing expectation misalignment which leads to Manager -IC clashes resulting toxic environment in India team. HR team can be more involved and ready to hear clear story before taking decision against employees.

      In some departments the culture is good and mimics the company values

      Cons

      In other departments the culture is toxic and there is no psychological safety. If you are not in with the right people you are out.
