Pros

Flexible work life balance, lots of downtime needed to deal with the drain of favouritism and unethical sales processes.

Cons

If you’re posting a public review, it’s usually strongest when it focuses on observed workplace behaviors and their impact rather than making allegations that could be difficult to substantiate. Here’s a sharply critical version: My experience with this company was deeply disappointing and highlighted serious cultural and leadership issues. Favouritism appears to be widespread, with opportunities, recognition, and career progression often determined by personal relationships rather than merit or performance. Personality hires seem to be valued above competence, creating an environment where capability takes a back seat to popularity. There is also a concerning focus on reported results over genuine business value. Employees who present inflated or misleading figures are celebrated as top performers, while those who deliver honest, sustainable results receive far less recognition. This creates a culture where appearances matter more than integrity. Promotions frequently appear to be awarded based on these questionable metrics, rewarding individuals for numbers that provide little real benefit to the company. Rather than driving meaningful growth, this approach encourages short-term thinking and undermines trust across teams. The leadership culture is particularly narcissistic. Senior management often appears more focused on protecting their own image and reinforcing their own viewpoints than listening to constructive feedback or addressing genuine concerns. Dissenting opinions are discouraged, accountability is inconsistent, and criticism is rarely welcomed. Overall, the company prioritises politics, perception, and personalities over integrity, performance, and long-term success. I would not recommend it to anyone seeking a transparent, merit-based, and professionally managed workplace.
