Pros

I'd say it is hard to find pros in this place but pay is alright and, the Engineering team has great innovations but it ends there. Customer Service is sucks and the rest is just bs.

Cons

This place is a mess. The leadership is a bunch of people who have been working together in many different places, very like a club and a nepotistic mindset. Leadership is greedy on targets but have no foot in reality, so targets are hardly met. People have been leaving in droves and new ones accept the job because they either are desperate for something or have no idea where they're getting into. Run Away from this place. You might get lucky and find a nice manager but in a russian roulette you also have some probability of doing fine, so think twice.
