      Good employee stock plan Engineering org looks like it is shifting to a long-term acceptance of remote or (mostly) remote work

      Cons

      Extremely product-driven, not a lot of time budgeted for tech deb Not a clear career path for engineers above senior level. Seems like the expectation is to jump into management if you want to advance.
