Pros

I’ve had a great experience so far with this company, especially during the hiring and onboarding process. From the start, everything was very organized and transparent, which immediately made me feel supported. The structure they provided really set me up for success. Daily check-ins, clear expectations, and consistent one-on-one training made a huge difference and helped me get up to speed quickly. Leadership was approachable and genuinely invested in making sure I felt confident in my role.

Cons

None so far. The transition into the role has been smooth and well-supported.
