Investor Profits Matter, They'll Fool You to Think You Do

Pros

Pay is well for what you are asked to do, but it isn't traditional property management; it is more of a retail atmosphere with call centers for rent collections, initial leasing calls, and maintenance. If you plan on staying with them forever, you'll do well but have to wait for your turn. If you are working with them because you want to be in property management, this is not the company to start your career. Some will struggle when they leave because while you are empowered to a certain extent to make decisions but your growth and networking in the property management industry will be stunted.

Cons

It's sad, a once-great company did not go from great to greater as they had hoped but instead alienated good employees by putting profits before people. Leadership will provide you great books to read with inspiring TED talk performances but in the end, they don't see through and implement that leadership. If you disagree with those in charge, you are branded behind your back.
