      Was "pushed" to use certain vendors by upper Managmnet. They felt you should always have something in "Your Back Pocket" as leverage if needes

      Unethical, very clickish ALL employee’s are disposable and treated like numbers pumped fault growth opportunities.

      Pros

      If your a puppet and enjoy bottom of the barrel pay this is the company for you! Try rubbing elbows with the right person for a promotion hard work and dedication don’t get you far with this company. I’ve seen family and friends of higher up’s be promoted without a lick of experience and even burn down the building literally.

      Cons

      I worked for the company far longer then expected to dance with the devil. Extremely stressful work environment with aggressive goals and intimidating tactics from upper management; your liable to get fired any day. No job security. Get ready to pucker up and wear your knee pads to get ahead with Avalon. I’ve seen employees vetted for 5,9,12 ,15 years with the company and cut without any progressive discipline, warning or a single write up on file. Half the company doesn’t know the policy, they created. New hire training doesn’t exactly exist best advice make you a friend and hold on to excel.

      Pros

      Good stock plan and benefits once you reach your 90 day period

      Cons

      Pay is really low compared to other companies in the industry and the bonus structure is the worst. Can get leases and renewals for 40k in a month and you make $900 in commission seem like the % is off. Over worked and under paid since they like to keep the amount of employees at a minimum to run these properties. Someone get sick or take vacation good luck your running everything by yourself.
