Pros

Strong regional and company leadership. Willingness to invest time and resources into employee training and development. Excellent support from senior management and other departments. The company has a very strong growth pipeline.

Cons

No company is perfect, but the pros far outweigh the cons. I would not be upset to find myself working with AVB again in the future.

Pros

The culture organization allows the employee to act like an owner and encourages the associate to own his/her career

Cons

Given the size of the company, I haven't had a chance to interact with many other associates working at the communities. There should be more opportunities for onsite and corporate associates to interact
