I work out of the South Orange County region. I have been with the company for a little over 3 years and I am proud to say that Avalon Bay is a great company to work for. Based on experience: -Staff: AvalonBay is staffed with some of the most dedicated, driven, hardworking associates I have ever had the pleasure of working with and/or meeting. Company Events: AvalonBay hosts quarterly events to show their appreciation towards their associates. The corporate team puts a lot of time and effort in planning these events to ensure they are not only a great success, but fun & unforgettable as well. Growth: AvalonBay is perpetually looking to expand and has done so in recent months which means, the opportunity for growth is always there.

I feel like you truly have a work-life balance with this company. It makes me enjoy coming to work. I feel it is a collaborative environment where team building plays a big role. I have met lots of employees that have left but have come back because the grass was not greener. I think that says a lot about the company.
