Market is in deep recession

Very political as far as movement is concerned. High gossip throughout workplace. Higher position placement is often already decided upon prior to position posting. Less and less room for growth as management positions are podded. Tenure is often valued higher than effort or skills. Payment structure is constantly changing and employees are told to opt in without any other options. Generally this results in getting paid less and less.
