      Terrible management and poor sportsmanship among sister properties

      Pros

      Apartment discount Good pay with added bonus Maintenance employees were nice

      Cons

      Toxic work environment Management had anger issues, cursed out employees, was selfish, rude, didn’t care for their employees unless they were their favorite, didn’t care for residents, weren’t considerate, did not properly train, had poor sportsmanship toward sister properties and made it competition to prove they’re better rather than help. Coworkers at a certain property also weren’t welcoming, had cliques and will lie on you to make themselves look better.

      Hard Work is Rewarded

      Pros

      I have seen first hand both for myself and my peers that hard work and a good attitude is rewarded with deserved promotions. In just a few years I moved up from a community consultant to now a Community Manager. Senior leadership is very approachable, and want to invest in people who are looking to grow and are an asset to the company.

      Cons

      In prior years, managers with poor performance were still promoted, and those issues were never documented formally. I feel that this is changing with new leadership, but they are still working on accountability.
