The management of the company hired smart and efficient leaders, which generally leads to good working environments.

Cons

I have never felt more intimidated by the company that I work for. If you ask any associate across any portfolio of this company that has used their discount, they will tell you that the Associate Housing department is by far the worst part of working for Avalon.
