They loose the staff quickly as the new hire realize that this is the company to run from.

Great place for the residents (not so great if you work there).

Pros

Its a Small building so you literally get to know everyone and they genuinely care about the residents they care for.

Cons

As a small building its got its cliques. There are people poisoning the well and bullying everyone and the Administrator and DNS can't see it as they are either too close to the situation or simply choose not to believe its happening.

Always hiring Allow unlimited overtime Competitive salary Narcotics are unlocked and not tracked so you can steal them Allow patients to smoke weed in facility, so I assume staff do as well Pet friendly

Cons

Nursing staff resistant to new hires Allow physical, verbal, sexual harassment Condone misappropriation of company time Give patients expired medication Steal medication to give to other patients Pet friendly, witnessed a visitor get attacked by another visitors dog Avamere as a corporate is always hiring because they are a terrible company, until real changes are made the revolving door for staff/management will continue.
