      No integrity

      Pros

      There are a few that truly care but they get over ran by those who are in the “click” unfortunately this company has been known for this for many years. It subsided but has come back quickly.

      Cons

      Unfortunately with recent changes the company’s integrity is deteriorating fast. Either your in the click or your not. There are a few people who have “integrity above all else” but the rest have to work of fear of staying out of the sight of those in “charge” so they don’t get targeted.

      Awesome floor staff to work with.

      Cons

      Administrator is retaliatory. Works with the DNS, HR and the RCM on the skilled hall to harass other employees to the point that they quit or fabricate stories about them to legitimate firing them. Management polices themselves.

      Lifetime friendship, some wonderful residents and employees.

      Cons

      Poor management and leadership skills, many meaningless meetings, poor skills all-round, and not an open door job status.
