Pros

Some coworkers are supportive, but so overworked there isn't much time to be personal.

Cons

Absolutely zero dependable support staff. At times, there would only be 3 CNA's on the floor for over 50 patients; and worse than that, many times they would work a nurse short, and have the other nurses take on a very dangerous patient ratio. Zero support from Care Managers who are very unprofessional and will not support you if you aren't in their "click." There are zero opportunities for continued education. The patients are neglected and I would never put a family member in this facility.

Pros

Hard working, dedicated team of LNs and NACs. Management recognizes when staff is struggling and pitches in their best effort to help out as much as they can. Friendly, fun work environment. Great learning opportunity and room to grow and advance in the company.

Cons

Short staffed with NACs, which creates a lot of burnout and turnover. Major con= cooperation has too many rules
