      Salary was okay, private office

      Cons

      Lot of drama, low pay for CNAs, poor treatment of residents, was told I should be more enthusiastic after my uncle died, I was in a car accident and my cat died all in the same week and was told I should have planned it better. Awful experience.

      typical of senior healthcare

      Pros

      Most of the permenant staff are doing this job for a reason close to thier hearts. Like anywhere though there are a few bad seeds that need to be removed.

      Cons

      Senior management is out of touch with the onsite going's on. Company fails to spend money on support teams, causing outdated policies, lack of IT support, and inability to update policies and proceedures.
